There needs tobe more sinage pointing customers tothe intake office. The gravel parking lot would not bewheelchair orwalker friendly. Adedicated travel path orturning lanes would behelpful. The service isfast, efficient and the worker was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly.

I had two ofpackages lost within aweek. The first package was delivered toa dock and signed bythe name ofsomeone who doesn’t even work atthe location where mypackage was suppose tobe delivered. And when Icontacted UPS Iwas advised only the drivers are able toinput the name, customers can not touch the hand held. Contacted myshipper who then ships out areplacement and Iasked UPS tohold this package because ofthe first incident. Iwent tothe UPS location that insured that packagewould behere for pickup and noone knows where the package isand Iwas advised yet tocreate another claim for the 2nd time within aweek.. This isn’t just apersonal package this isa package that isfor mybusiness.. Noone here seems tocare who had the package and where itcouldbe. It’s getting brushed off asto just contact the shipper and let them know wecan’t find the package.. Noone here isunderstanding that it’s ainconvenience asa business owner tohave 2loss packages inone week inthe hands ofUPS..

I had been awaiting apkg since that Thursday, and because ofa storm, the pkg was delayed and stuck atthe service center ona Sunday, 3days late. Understood. Icalled toMAKE SURE the facility was even OPEN, soI could possibly pick itup instead. The content inside mypkg was NEEDED before Monday. The 1st rep assured meit was open, and closed by6pm Sunday. Idrove there, and itwas closed. Ispoke to3different UPS reps (while disappointed sitting inthe parkinglot, with noresolve). (By theway, there were cars parked outside, and CLEAR evidence staff was there working) Icalled back four times because driving there from where Ilive is30minutes away. The 4th rep was literally from heaven, and I'm sograteful she took the time tounderstand how badly Ineeded mypkg (before Monday). While calling the 4threp, Idecided toleave the parkinglot. She apologized for the inconvenience, and instructed meto drive back tothe service center, where another rep met mein the parkinglot, with mypkg. Thank you sokindly. Iforgot her name, however, God knows how THANKFUL and how much IAPPRECIATED her going the extra mile with GREAT guest service. (Her accent was Jamaican) When wesimply take time togive GREAT GUEST service, more guests will refer other people toour businesses. Thank you tothe young lady who represented UPS with honor. Igave the young lady however this facility STILL has incorrect SUNDAY operating hours posted onthe door. When guests call tohear operating hours for Sundays, the information isincorrect. She had aquestion and called service toget guidance— the call center was pathetic, obviously outsourced out ofcounty, you could not understand the person onthe phone.
Hooray for the young lady inthe local office, she did anexceptional job

Always down tohelp
I was inneed of250shipping label packages, and people there even that they didnt have that many athand, helped somuch asking everywhere how icould get them. They also checked old boxes tosee ifi could have some ofthem, which luckily they did find afew forme.
How helpful they were isactually amazing. Ive been really thankful from Ups from every store00

Delivered anempty box with stolen contents inside. Tape was cut using abox cutter. Going toinvest ina camera. Edit: was really super but it's not fair toput blame onpeople with zero proof......just frustrated. Already filed aticket, hoping for the best.
