The Quest lab service providers are excellent! They are always so kind and professional! That’s where the service ends!!! If you want to know your lab test results, you came to the wrong place!!! You can go to their website, or even receive an email that your results are available. But you will not track them down, and trying to get a response from them is impossible. Do not waste your time and money! Find a lab that isn’t just out for your money!! This could be a serious health issue, and they put patients in jeopardy! Their website is very poorly designed and unresponsive!

Normally I'm OK with Quest, specifically the one on Riverside. When I'm not able to book an appointment in advance I go as a "walk-in" which I did today. In the past I've waited anywhere from 35 minutes to 75 minutes but today, 2 hours and 32 minutes! I did not complain or take issue with anyone and at the 2:32 mark when a nurse came out to call the next patient, I said to her that two and a half hours was my limit and she can remove me from the list. It was her response that irked me as in a very obtuse way said, "Ok" and almost looked past me as if to say, or at least the way I read it, "I can care less if you're canceling and don't care how long you've been waiting." Again, it's just the way that I felt. No, "sorry it's taken so long" or "let me check to see how much longer", nothing!
So I asked her "Do you know my name" as how would you remove me from the list so she annoyingly replied "What's your last name" which I informed her but she didn't look on the list or write it down, nothing. So my advice, book an appointment two weeks before you need to go in! I will say there was another nurse/receptionist prior to that interaction that was nice, pleasant and apologized for the wait but that last interaction just got to me, especially after waiting 2:32!

I needed to cancel an appointment. Responded to their reminder, choosing the option to cancel. System immediately locked me out for 24 hours. No reason indicated. Could be that I entered cell phone instead of landline but they have both. Wouldn’t a second chance be reasonable? Don’t folks ever make typos? No one working weekend hours. Main website doesn’t offer option to cancel. I wonder if they do this on purpose in an effort to bill you for a no-show appointment.

I scheduled my appointment, showed up and checked in via kiosk prior to appointment time. Even though I already provided insurance details when I scheduled, the kiosk still wanted to scan my insurance card. Scanning alone took forever; it looked like kiosk was stuck in buffering mode. I watched the reader board to see where my name was in the queue. There were well over half a dozen individuals scheduled for the same time as me, but only 4 phlebotomists working. Adding walk-ins to that worker-patient ratio meant that after a 20 minute wait -- and my name moving further down the list rather than closer to the top -- I walked out. I tried to be polite and cancel my appointment but the cancellation required a code that I was never given. If Quest thinks this substandard service is acceptable, they're wrong. There are other outpatient lab options with significantly better customer service. Y'all just lost my business.

I presented to Quest Diagnostics Location on Indian River Rd in Orange CT. The facility was disgustingly dirty. For a health care facility they should be ashamed for the condition of this blood drawing station. I will not be returning and I will advise my health care Provider of my experience!

The woman was a cold human and did not help to get test. Made me wait 2 hours telling me the fax did not come. Called my doctor and they sent it again. This time they text me picture of fax. The woman lied to me that it can take 30 minutes or more that is a outright lie. She did not want to do her job. I needed urine for my bladder cancer. What a disgrace to have people like this work at Quest.

I checked in at Quest Diagnostics at 12:30. There is no person at front desk at Johnson city location, you need to check in a machine. The machine indicated a 20 min wait for walk-in. I have been waiting for one hour and just discovered that they do not have my doctor’s order. If someone was on the front desk they would have checked it. Still not got my lab done.

Soulless corporation. Absolute substandard of medical services. Disgraceful reality of healthcare in the US. Good luck talking to an actual person. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Such impersonal, discompassionate care.

Quest Diagnostics is billing me full price for lab tests done 10 months ago. Blue Cross paid them, but apparently, Quest has an atrocious record keeping department. Now Quest wants me to send them a statement showing Blue Cross paid the bill. Wow! Quest wants me to do their record keeping. Quest agreed to be low balled in compensation by Blue Cross, then tries to extort money from patients when the bill has been paid. Currently billing me $518.00+ when they agreed to accept about $200.00 in the contract.
