Summer term permits are now available!
Permit Options
Academic Term Commuter Permits
Recommended for students who expect theirschedules and/or credit load to change from term to term.
- Must be purchased at the beginning of each academic term, only valid for the term listed on the permit.
Purchasing a Permit
Permits will be available for purchase online and in person on Tuesday 5/28.
NOTE: PSU is not responsible or liable for damage to or theft of your vehicle or its contents.
Accessible Parking
Accessible/disabled parking spaces are available in all parking lots and structures operated by PSU.Any PSU parking permit is valid in any accessible space, regardless of location, when displaying a valid DMV disabled parking placard. Day and time restrictions still apply to time-limited PSU permits.
Permit Refunds
Parking permit charges are based on possession of the permit, not use. Pro-rated refunds are available until the end of week eight for fall, winter, and spring terms. Permits must be physically returned to Transportation & Parking as soon as they are no longer needed to receive the maximum refund available. Please visit our office at 1812 SW 6th Avenue to initiate a return.
Permit Regulations and Locations
Permits may only be utilized by one vehicle at a time, and thevehicle must be registeredwith PSU Transportation & Parking Services.
- Commuter permits are for use by non-resident students and employees and are valid at the locations and times listed below.
- Commuter permits are not valid for overnight parking. Vehicles must leave campus before the start of the next business day (8:00 am).
- Commuter permits are not valid in Hourly & Visitor parkingor Reserved Spaces.
If you are looking for overnight or residential parking, please visit ourpage. If you will be driving to campus less frequently, we recommend utilizingparking as an alternative to purchasing aCommuter Permit.

Vanport Building Student Parking
PCC and OHSU students attending classes in the Vanport building are eligible for a PSU parking permit at affiliated student rates. To request a parking permit please complete the Vanport Intake Form and your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Account Privacy
All account information including name, contact, license plate, permit history, citation history, and account balances are kept private by PSU. This information is only used for business purposes and is not disclosed to individuals other than the account holder. Valid account number, license plate, or citation number must be provided in order to obtain any of the information listed above, or information deemed private to the account by PSU staff.
