Satpal Singh

CEO

As CEO, Satpal infuses passion for innovation into his surrounding and drives performance through motivation. As a strong team player and having keen interest in technology, Satpal works with the team in delivering world class products & exceptional service to our customers and at the same time leveraging technology in every possible aspect of business.

He has a strong background in Leading & Transforming organizations with over 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Energy companies with geographic responsibilities covering India, Middle east and Asia. His previous leadership roles were spanning across key functions like Strategy, Business Transformation, Supply Chain and Governance. Prior to Numeric, he served as Country Head – Supply Chain & Business Transformation at Group Legrand India.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Production from Mumbai University and is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He is a long distance runner and enjoys exploring trails during weekends.

Jayakar Samuel

CFO

As CFO, Jayakar provides both operational and pragmatic support to the organization with his rich 28-year expertise in the field. He contributes to strategic planning and decision-making at the management team level. He develops and implements finance, controlling systems and processes that align with the organization's overall vision, its current and future business objectives.

He was actively involved in the transition of Numeric from the previous management to Legrand in 2012 and seamlessly implemented Legrand global reporting process. He has rich experience in SAP implementation and has overseen two cycles during his career.

Jayakar oversees a team of finance professionals and has enabled excellent financial visibility of the business. He has streamlined working capital management and heads the IT and Admin departments of the Division.

Prior to Numeric, he was associated with the automotive industry for 15 years in the corporate finance department.

Averyl Dsa Saldanha

HEAD HUMAN RESOURCE

Averyl Dsa Saldanha is an ardent advocate for people and building the right culture in the organization. As a Strategic HR Value Creator, she has dedicated herself to advancing the fields of people development, employee engagement, and the establishment of dynamic performance and learning environments.

In her role as Head of the People Function at Numeric, Averyl is poised to embed the organization's culture and values into the very fabric of daily interactions and decisions. With over 22 years of diverse HR experience across various industries and roles in India, she brings expertise in areas such as Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Shared Services, Digital HR and HR Business Partnering.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources) and is also a certified NLP coach. She loves traveling, photography, and exploring culinary adventures. She is dedicated to health and fitness.

Ravindran SK

COUNTRY HEAD SALES

Ravindran leads the Sales function with a large team across the country. His role involves business growth and expansion, and management of P&L, channel partner, customer acquisition, key accounts, product ownership, projects, stakeholders and team.

He drives national level business expansion/growth programs from end-to-end with focus on building corporate competencies and providing strategic direction.

His previous experiences include sales, product marketing, Marketing, Mergers & acquisitions.

He enjoys mentoring his team to be independent, successful and confident. He loves music and long cross country drives.

Koushik Ram

COUNTRY HEAD MARKETING & STRATEGY PROJECTS

Koushik has been associated with Numeric for around 2 decades. He has worked in various capacities across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Product Management, and is currently Head of Marketing & Strategic Projects. In his current role, he defines the long-term roadmap of the organization, product roadmap and the communication strategy. He is also responsible for identifying future market trends and business opportunities. His objective is to bring innovative products, technology coupled with great market communication.

Widely known for his exemplary rapport with business stakeholders, he is a focused individual with a clear strength in project execution.

Koushik has a bachelor’s in engineering and M.B.A in Marketing. He is a fitness enthusiast and an early riser. He enjoys music and driving is a passion he pursues with his heart and soul.

Ravindra Bhaiwal

Ravindraheads the Service business, managing a team of around 1200 service professionals across 250+ locations.With a customer-centric approach, his focus is on providing uninterrupted support and business continuity for our customers, at all times, ensuring customer delight.

With over two decades of experience in the Service sector,Ravindrahas a proven track record of service excellence and consistentlymotivating his team to scale up new heights in customer experience. This is further cemented by innumerable customer testimonials vouching for his exceptional service strategy and execution skill-sets.

Prior to Numeric,Ravindrahas served customers in the Medical Devices and Medical Imaging industry.

He is also celebrated as an accomplished writer, with six published books to his credit, and innumerable articles on motivation.

S Kulasekaran

GM OPERATIONS

He leads the Industrial Operations of Numeric covering 2 manufacturing units spread across 2 locations. With his over two decades of experience in operations, Kulasekaran has aligned the organization with the modern manufacturing concepts delivering higher productivity with reduced lead time.

He is passionate in training and mentoring his colleagues. With his training, our associates in modern manufacturing help the organization in not only meeting the resource optimization but also creating future leaders’ objectives.

Prior to Numeric, he was associated with a large multinational group heading manufacturing of 5 plants across India. In his previous experience he had also handled various roles as Head/Team leader across various functions including R&D, Quality and Purchase.

He loves reading and is known for his wit to create conducive work environment.

Elango Palanichamy

HEAD PURCHASE

Elango heads Purchasing, Import & Export operations. He is a business leader and motivator with strong experience of over 20 years in purchasing, vendor development, global sourcing, supply chain operations, project management, quality, and stores areas in various automotive industries. He hasexpertisein value stream mapping and six sigma projects.

At Numeric, he is instrumental in introducing new systems, standardising the process flow and bring in a collaborative approach with vendors as strategic partners.

His constant endeavour is to reduce the lead time of purchasing, bring in cost efficiency. Besides implementing Legrand way in purchasing, he has driven various initiatives to reduce the purchasing cost. He believes in continual improvement and is very keen in implementing digitalization.

He is an active member of Indian Institute of Materials Management, Chennai.He unwinds with a trip to pilgrimcentres.

Swapnil Deshpande

HEAD – SCM & LOGISTICS

As head of supply chain, Swapnil focuses on forecast, demand planning, and execution of transactions in accordance with compliances and statutory regulations, inventory management and control. He takes a customer first approach to ensure timely execution of projects.

With rich experience in lean and six sigma project execution, Swapnil leads the Kaizen initiative within the supply chain team. A firm believer in leading by example, he encourages innovation and an initiative-led approach within the team for continuous improvements.

Swapnil has a bachelor’s in chemical engineering, M.B.A in Finance, and green belt certification in lean six sigma. He is a people person, food enthusiast, and enjoys travelling
